Skies blazing with morning light, afternoon light, moonlight, winter's low sun, summer's high sun, cloud patterns, dusty color, and clear-blue color -- all have been a big part of my compositions. Many of these paintings are of imaginary places that begin with a sky I remember or have drawn from a photo. I love skies!
