Marin Hills Panorama Mural
Acrylic paint on 14' by 26' wall in a private residence in San Rafael, California

The wall before the mural was painted.  I worked from this photo and others to develop and sketch image ideas for the clients.

The finished mural, which is visible from the living room, dining area, and kitchen!

I began at the right-hand end of the wall, at the top of the stairs, and slowly made my way across to the left.

Here I'm on the scaffolding painting flying swallows, the last element in the painting.

Panoramic Paintings for the "Pacific Tuna King"
These paintings were installed in the dining hall of a luxury sport-fishing vessel.

Exotic Beach I
Acrylic on panel, 40" x 72"

Exotic Beach II
Acrylic on panel, 30" x 90"

The Long Wave
Acrylic on panel, 40" x 72"

Paintings on a Folding Screen
These images decorate the same folding screen. I built the screen using specially constructed two-sided canvas panels. The panels were painted as one unit, first on one side and then the other. The screen was then assembled and delivered to its owner in Santa Barbara, California.
